                         6 days trek + 5 nights in Kathmandu/Pokhara 

Luxury lodge trekking is the ultimate way of exploring Nepal in style while staying in the comfortable lodges of the Annapurna region; they are at a standard far better than anything else available in the area. All the lodges provide the highest level of service whilst on trek with landscaped gardens, comfortable lounges and bedrooms with hot showers and western toilets. 

The trail between lodges takes you through beautiful Nepalese villages with spectacular views of the Annapurna region. This trek is a relatively gentle walk, designed for the first time trekker, in the low-lying hills fringing Pokhara. It is a culturally rich journey through the local villages with an ever increasing build-up of the mountain views.

Our 6 days walking were very pleasant some of the terrain was a little challenging, but not too difficult, which made the days even more rewarding. All the lodges had beautiful views especially in the early morning and the meals and service was to a high standard. We found all the staff very friendly and eager to help us if needed. Having a days rest in Ghandruk was great as we got to explore the area a little more and attended a local volleyball final between village's which was great fun.

Arrive in Kathmandu, overnight at Shangri La

Sightseeing in Kathmandu, overnight at Shangri La

               Day 3

Morning flight to Pokhara (35 minutes), overnight at Shangri La Resort

               Day 4

Drive to Naya Pul (1:30 hrs) and trek to Lama Khet (1200m), overnight at Sanctuary Lodge

               Day 5

Trek to Ghandrug (1940m) Overnight at Himalayan Hotel

               Day 6

Day walks from Himalayan Hotel

               Day 7

Trek to Majh Gaon (1600m), overnight at Gurung Lodge

               Day 8

Trek to Dhumpus (1737m), overnight at Basanta Lodge

               Day 9

Trek to Phedi & drive to Pokhara, overnight Shangri La Resort

               Day 10

Fly back to Kathmandu, overnight Shangri La

               Day 11

At leisure in Kathmandu, overnight Shangri La

               Day 12

Transfer to Tribhuwan Internation Airport (TIA), and fly back home
